Lovely place

The apartment was clean, the towels changed regularly, and the rooms were cleaned daily. 13 minutes walk to the main strip where all restaurants and bars are situated. Staff were welcoming and friendly.

No tea or coffee complimentary or sponge as we were only there for a weekend. Not a great pathway. I have to go underpath to get to the entrance (the route of the vehicles).

Nice hotel, friendly staff and great facilities

Indoor swimming pool, gym, squash courts, games room and spa. Rooms were large and clean. Good location, overlooking a swimming pool ( next doors hotel ) and quiet.

Overly officious in the indoor swimming pool as used as a spa pool. Food was good but lacked selection, especially for children.

Great hotel in an excellent location.

We have stayed here on a number of occasions, and it never disappoints. Excellent location, five minutes walk from The Strip, and with an excellent supermarket across the roundabout, for essential supplies. Seamless check-in, and rooms were cleaned regularly. Highly recommended.

The facilities are really good and the location is perfect if you plan on using the old town and new town. The local restaurants were really good too. The outdoor hotel pools and lobby are amazing. The spa has every you need and the gym was really good for what I'd expect from a hotel. Games room for kids, luggage facility and good check out times, really good hotel for facilities.

The rooms, they are old, dated and dirty, my bathroom was covered in mildew. The beds were clean and comfortable but had no access to tea and coffee. They also could not use the kettle as the plug did not reach the socket because of the kettle base. I waited 45 minutes to check in, no staff were around, and when I asked the restaurant, they just shunned me and refused to help. Be careful of using the spa of unnecessary hidden charges (€3 for a shower cap that are mandatory apparently, and €2.50 to rent a towel with €10 deposit. You have to use theirs).

It was clean had everything you needed and staff were really nice & friendly.

Was a lot of young groups of lads there but that’s to be expected as hotel is near the strip (new town). They were all fine though just enjoyed themselves

Enjoyed our stay

The location of the hotel is great. Especially if you are looking for the nightlife element. About a 5minute walk from the main strip. Cabs are good price which can be ordered from reception for about under 10 euro to old town .

The room is basic , but has what you need so couldn't complain. I would say the room needs a bit more lighting.

Fab stay in good location just disappointed with the pool area

The rooms were perfect for us 2 floors so we all had good space to get ready. Air con was fab in the heat we was having :) we didn’t eat at the hotel but was told good things from other people.

No bar in the pool area we only sat there for 15 mins was no air as it’s surrounded with all the buildings feels like your block in we used the pool in front of the hotel that was for ours bay better atmosphere with a bar and good drinks loads cheaper that in the Luna bar in reception.

all aspects of the property were excellent from the staff to room to pool area to location. location is about the 3/4 min walk to the strip, 13mins to the shopping centre and 20 mins to the old town

Breakfast- great selection of hot and cold foods. pastries and fresh breads, fruits. Spa- amazing hot stone massage (done by the lovely lady with long blond hair- forgot her name). Pool- nice outdoors pool, clean and comfortable pool beds to relax on. snack vending machine (haven’t used it so can’t say). otherwise you can use the pool for the apartments in the front which has a full bar. I think you pay for the day. we used it in the evening for free. Beds- comfortable. The whole hotel and interior is very outdated (except for the lovely reception area) but it’s great value for money and it has all you need and it’s comfortable.

WiFi is non existent! Can’t even use it for simple browsing, never mind if you want to watch anything! Housekeeping staff- quite passive aggressive and rude. when requested towel change (for a reason post sand on the beach and dirt bike off road trip etc) the lady tossed all the towels at the door and threw the floor one back and said to use it as its not that dirty and left… another one just mumbled and unwillingly handed us toilet paper when asked politely… Pub - smells bad of mould. it was hard to sit there & overpriced.
